Elk Viewing
Pennsylvania is home to the largest free-roaming elk herd in Northeastern United States. Visit Elk Country to see them in their natural habitat. Seeing an elk for the first time is an experience you’ll never forget!

Autumn is a very special time in Pennsylvania’s Great Outdoors region. The colorful leaves and cooler temperatures create the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventure. The abundant wildlife that calls the region home can be easily seen feeding on the season’s bounty of nuts, berries, and fruits. Various waterfowl and birds stop here to feed and rest on their migration southward. It is also breeding season for elk and whitetail deer.
