This year, on October 13, will be the 17th year that Laurel Mountain Winery has hosted a Cider Pressing. Growing up in Western Pennsylvania country, cider pressing was an annual fall activity enjoyed by the entire family. Laurel Mountain Winery brings the experience back to you. Come turn the crank on the Laurel Mountain family’s very own cider press from the late 1800’s. They will also have Oktoberfest food and cider, music, pumpkin painting, and vendors. Relax in the pavilion and enjoy all that fall has to offer.

Events planned for 2019 include vendors like Calhoun Farm, Cindy Lou’s Shadow Crunch Pretzels, and Noteworthy Goods. This year will also contain a live event from Sunny 106. Stop by Laurel Mountain Winery at 1754 Old Grade Rd, Falls Creek, PA. The cider pressing event is schedule for 12pm – 4pm. Take a minute to enjoy what nature has to offer and learn how cider is made.

Visitors are also invited to tour the grounds and see the Antique Tool Museum containing a collection of antiques, some more than 100 years old. The museum contains many old tools from the family farm in Driftwood.
