One of the best parts of summer is going to the fair. The 2016 Clarion County Fair is jam packed with exciting events and is still one of the best entertainment deals going at only $8.00 admission at the gate which includes FREE rides, parking, shows, and grandstand seating.
This year the fair runs from July 24th through July 30th. Things get underway on Sunday with car and motorcycle shows along with the horse pulls. Monday hypnotist Richard Barker will entertain the crowd or you can watch antique tractor and mini modified pulls. Tuesday’s headliner is the Freestyle Motocross National Championship Series. Wednesday evening is all about horsepower with the Power Pulls. Thursday night engines will roar and metal with crumple during the Derby Dogs Demolition Derby. Friday night is your chance to get in on the fun with the local truck and tractor pull. Saturday wraps things up with the wild thrills of Dave Martin’s Rodeo.
Each night you can enjoy Wild About Dinosaurs, Red Dragon Laser Tag, the Rhinestone Roper, and David Darwin’s One Man Sideshow. Of course no visit to the Clarion County Fair would be complete without taking in the sights, sounds, and fun on the midway with rides, games, animal exhibits, and tons of delicious fair food.
The fairgrounds are located at the Redbank Valley Municipal Park 1.5 miles north of New Bethlehem on Route 28. You can find a complete list of events and times at ClarionCountyFair.com.
