I’m sure most of you already know that dandelions are edible, but did you know the leaves can be used to make soups and salads, the flowers make a delicious wine and the roots can be used to make teas and are great for medicinal purposes?
Learn how to identify wild edible plants, recipes, their medicinal benefits and much more.
Presentation will start at noon. Bring a basket or a bag to take with you on a guided walk. After the walk you’ll head back to the Saloon to learn even more.
