Relax by spending a day paddling or floating down one of our two federally designated National Wild & Scenic Rivers that meander through the Pennsylvania Great Outdoors region. Our pristine mountain streams, lakes, and rivers teem with trout, bass, walleye, musky and more.

Hundreds of miles of trails designated for hiking, biking, equestrian, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ATV riding. Outdoor recreation including swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, picnicking, and camping.

Pool 9 is the most upriver pool. Nine miles of deepwater unlimited horsepower boating. Fish: walleye, musky, catfish, and bass.

Nationally designated river offering many recreational opportunities including public access, boating, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, wildlife watching and wilderness camping.

The Seneca named this area "where the water separates the land." Seven islands totaling 368 acres are designated as part of the National Wilderness Preservation System.

100 acres on the East Branch of the Clarion River. Swimming pool, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and SnowFest first Saturday in February.

40 miles seasonal paddling in the heart of wild elk country with five public launches. Best during spring and fall. Stocked with trout each spring.

Each April, hundreds of paddlers brave the cold waters of the Driftwood Branch of the Sinnemahoning Creek.  Some class one white water and whirlpools.

Public boat launch and dock with no usage fees. Spend a day boating on the Clarion River.
