This form is to be completed by exhibitors and artists by June 1, 2024 as intention to participate in the 2024 PA Firefly Festival. The dates are Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29.
Nature Exhibits are open from 7pm to 8:30 pm both nights. Exhibitors and Artists are expected to display on both nights. Set up starts at 5:30 pm on Friday. Exhibitors have the choice of a 6-foot table and 2 chairs in the 3-bay garage, or pavilion. You may also choose to set up your own booth/tent outside if you prefer.
The “Art after Dark” Exhibit will be open from 9:15 pm to 11:00 pm both nights. Artists are invited to display firefly inspired or themed visual artwork that is either fluorescent or lighted. Artists are welcome to attend (but are not required) to sell their work or just be on hand to interpret or answer questions about the art. Artist and Exhibitors can leave displays overnight Friday and Exhibitors should return Saturday before 7pm. Artists may pick up their items after 11:00 pm on Saturday, or Sunday morning. This is not a juried show nor competition, but please submit a photo of your art and a size description below, so that we can plan accordingly for the installation.
Please provide us with your contact information on the following form. This is a Rain-or-Shine event so please plan accordingly. All exhibitors/artists are welcome to join us on the firefly walks and viewing. We allow exhibitors/artists/volunteers to camp onsite or you may arrange your own local accommodations. Please, let us know if you need overnight accommodations.
