We are turning Ridgway Mills Campground into a full-blown holiday village for one weekend only. If you like camping, old-school holiday vibes, getting out on the water, and supporting a great local community, this weekend is built for you.

The Cause: This year, our fundraising events are directly supporting Shop with a Cop!

 THE FOUR EVENT PILLARS
We aren’t just slapping a few ornaments on a tree. We are going all-in on an experiential weekend:

Themed Campsite Decorating & Night Walk: Pack your rigs, tents, and vans with festive flair. After dark, the entire campground transforms into a glowing holiday display for a community night walk.

The Clarion River Christmas Float: On Saturday, we take to the water! We’re staging a floating light and tinsel parade down the Clarion River. The Golden Rule: Every tube, kayak, and canoe must have a touch of holiday style (festive hats, tinsel, or battery-powered lights).

Holiday Fair Games: Local shops, bakeries, and breweries are hosting custom, holiday fair games right at the campground. A cash donation to Shop with a Cop to play the game, and earn raffle tickets to win awesome prizes donated by the businesses.

White Elephant Exchange: On Saturday night, we’ll gather around the central Campfire for a White Elephant gift exchange! Rules to be announce soon!

 TICKET TIERS & CAMPING STYLES
Note: To build the ultimate holiday village, we are incentivizing participation. You pay less to be part of the show!

Decorated Tent Site ($20): Includes 1 person. Located on the central concrete pads. Mandatory decorating!

Decorated Car/Truck Camping ($20): Includes 1 person. For overlanders, roof-top tents, and truck beds. Located along the main lanes. Mandatory decorating!

Van Camping ($60): Includes 1 person. Premium riverfront real estate right along the Clarion River. Mandatory decorating!

RV Camping ($100): Includes 2 people. Located in the spacious lower-right entry footprint. Mandatory decorating!

Quiet / Non-Decorated Tent Site ($40): Includes 1 person. Tucked away on the far-left concrete pad away from the main lights and noise. No decorating required.

Additional Campers ($20): Bringing friends or family to your site? Every extra person across any tier is just a flat $20 add-on.

*** Know Your Camping Vibe Before You Book:
The Decorated Tent, Car, Van, and RV zones are designed in a tightly knit “Christmas Village” style. To make the campground truly look like a glowing holiday market and keep the community energy high, sites in these zones are in close proximity to one another. Expect a bustling, high-vibe, block-party environment!

Prefer your own space? If you want traditional campground spacing, room to spread out, and quiet nights away from the main display, make sure to grab a Quiet / Non-Decorated Tent ticket in the South Pole!***

 THE RULES (THE FINE PRINT)
The “Silent Night” Power Protocol: There is no shore power or electrical plug-ins provided for campers. You are 100% responsible for powering your own lights via portable power stations, solar, or batteries. To protect the sound of the river and the acoustic music, loud contractor gas generators are strictly banned after dark. Silent power only at night! (A designated afternoon window will be available for quick generator top-offs if needed).

The Neon Nostalgia Guideline: Warm white lights are fine, but retro multi-colored light strands (red, blue, green, orange) are heavily encouraged. Let’s make this campus look as vibrant and old-school as possible for the cameras!
