Rattlesnake Russ

Pennsylvania Great Outdoors Visitors Bureau is excited to announce a new series of snake education videos with local rattlesnake expert Russ Gleixner. The new monthly segment is called Snake Education with Rattlesnake Russ and will run on their YouTube channel and other social media outlets. Russ is well known for his incredible wildlife photography captured via his network of trail cameras. He is also an avid shed hunter and rattlesnake enthusiast. The video segment focuses on educating the public about the importance of snakes in local ecosystems and dispel some of the misconceptions about them. The first series of videos will focus on rattlesnakes and copperheads. Future episodes will include interviews with Nick Meyer and his collection of exotic snake species. The first video is scheduled to debut in late September and continue each month.

The crowd loved them and I heard Russ and Nick teaching people about snakes all day. Then the idea hit me, we should do a series of snake education videos.
