The World of Outlaw Late Models announced they will be returning to Thunder Mountain Speedway in 2021. The series schedule already has confirmed 55 races at 33 tracks across 16 states including the June 18th appearance at Thunder Mountain located between Brookville and Punxsutawney in the town of Knoxdale.

The World of Outlaws Late Model Series is the nation’s premier traveling tour for dirt Late Model stock cars that is rich in history and tradition. Since 2004 World Racing Group has grown the WoO Late Model series to be the most competitive and lucrative tour for dirt Late Model racers. CBS Sports Network is the official broadcast partner of the World of Outlaws. DIRTVision® also broadcasts all World of Outlaws events live to fans around the world. WoO officials also announced increases in the standard 2021 event purse to $10,000-to-win, $2,000-for-tenth, and $1,000-to-start the feature event.

On September 25 and 26, 2020 the World of Outlaws Late Models made their first ever appearance at Thunder Mountain Speedway for ThunderFest 2020 with both events paying $10,000 to the winner. The stands were packed with racing fans from all over the U.S. and the side-by-side racing on the track was very exciting. All the action was broadcast live around the globe on DirtVision network.
