You can also find more secluded options in state parks, rustic campgrounds, and some campsites and wilderness islands that are only accessible by watercraft.

38 campground sites along the east branch of Millstone Creek open mid-April to mid-December, some electric, picnic tables, and fire ring. Group campsites for 50 people. Flush toilets, showers, swimming picnic shelters, volleyball. Reservations accepted.
Campground in the national forest offers six sites along Minister Creek. Each site contains a picnic table, fire ring, and tent pad. Vault toilets and hand pumps. Open all year. No reservations.
