You can also find more secluded options in state parks, rustic campgrounds, and some campsites and wilderness islands that are only accessible by watercraft.

At Sinnemahoning State Park by the George Stevenson Dam dock. Open April 1-hunting season. Cabins: five fully furnished, two primitive, seven electric RV hook-ups. Camping store, dump station, water, and gas station.
Tent sites along the east branch of Millstone Creek open mid-April to mid-October, some electric, picnic tables, and fire ring. Flush toilets, showers, swimming, and pet friendly.
Allegheny National Forest's smallest campground with six sites along Minister Creek with a picnic table, fire ring, and tent pad. Vault toilets and hand pumps. Open April - October. No reservations.
