The Pennsylvania Great Outdoors region consists of Cameron, Elk, and Forest counties, with each county proudly displaying their rich heritage and history through many historical attractions and monuments that offer visitors plenty of opportunities to take a step back in time.

Historical artifacts and genealogy dating to the community's founding. The German Catholic Brotherhood founded one of Pennsylvania's first German settlements, St. Marien Stadt, in 1842.

Pennsylvania's only inland working lighthouse, 55 feet tall, 16 feet diameter, and seven stories. Lion's Club offers tours second Saturday of the month June - October.
